Background
Over the last half of my internship at IBM, I, along with a fellow designer intern, planned and facilitated discovery workshops with the IBM Client Engineering interns based off their roles (Data Scientist, Technology Engineer and Business Technology Leader). We then gathered the insights into the intern's experiences and captured our findings into a playback deck, which we presented to managers, directors, and senior designers within our line of business. In addition to presenting our findings, we also went over our process and improvements made in conducting the sessions and overall recomendations on how the internship program could be improved based on the insights.
